We will contact you by e-mail BEFORE we make your jewelry to confirm your order. Our regular business hours are 9:00-5:00 CST Monday thru Friday. If after hours, please leave a detailed message with our message center and we will contact you with the number/e-mail you provide.

PAYMENT OPTIONS - If ordering online, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and eCHECK.
If paying by personal check, money order or cashier's check, merchandise will be shipped when your check clears. Please e-mail us to setup this type of transaction.
SHIPPING - We ship our products using the United States Postal Service, via Priority Mail. You will normally receive your order with 2-3 business days after shipping. All orders will receive FREE SHIPPING.
