How do I know what size to order? - To determine your wrist size, measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurer or use a string to wrap around your wrist to get your measurement. Measure just above the bone, where your arm and hand meet. Make sure the tape is touching your skin, but not too tight! Add an inch and you have your bracelet size. Depending on how you prefer your bracelet to fit, you may choose to add a bit more. Please measure carefully! We simply cannot add or remove beads to correct the size. We must disassemble your bracelet and restring the entire thing. If this is a gift, you may "guesstimate" and we will be glad to resize it so that it will fit properly. If you would rather be on the safe side, a GIFT CERTIFICATE is your best bet! The recipient can choose exactly what they want. If ordering a gift certificate, please contact us as we are not set up for on-line ordering at this time.

What if it doesn't fit?- If your bracelet does not fit there is a one time free resize within the first 14-days, excluding shipping charges to us and back to you. After 14 days there is a charge of $7.00 per strand. Please contact us ahead of time to let us know what you are sending back. It is recommended that you insure your package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail. Returns must be mailed in a padded bubble envelope for protection.
Which clasp should I choose?
Toggle - Toggle consists of an open circle and a bar that pulls through for closure. This is the preferred choice for most clients due to the ease of getting on and off.
Heart Lobster - Standard lobster clasp with a heart shape. Available for single through double strands only.
Standard Lobster - Basic lobster clasp. Our larger sizes may be used for single through triple strands only.
Sliding Tube, Hook Clasp- Perfect for triple strands and larger. Very secure!
Safety chains are available for any of our bracelets. "Just Like Mommy" Bracelets safety chains are $2.00. These may also be purchased for adults. Please contact us for details.
What are the birthstone colors? - Please see our Birthstone Bracelet page for Swarovski crystal colors.
What is your jewelry made of? - Koerth Designs uses only the highest quality of materials. Most of our bracelets have become signature pieces for our customers, many of them wearing their bracelet every day. We use .925 sterling silver, 14-karat gold-filled beads, the beautiful Swarovski crystal, many semi-precious and natural stones and a heavy gage wire for our creations. We do not use any pewter or brass in our designs.
What if my bracelet breaks? - Our bracelets are made to last. If your bracelet should break within 30 days from the date received, we will repair it at no charge, excluding shipping charges to us and back to you. We do not accept C.O.D.'s. After 30 days there is a charge of $7.00 per strand. Lost beads/parts will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly. Please contact us ahead of time to let us know what you are sending back. It is recommended that you insure your package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Do you repair or redesign jewelry purchased from somewhere else? - Yes! Many times ladies see our jewelry and want theirs updated or redesigned. We would be happy to do so. Please contact us for details.
What if I have more children or grandchildren? - We would be delighted to add additional strands for your growing family! This would also be a great time to order a polishing cloth, update your bracelet or have it cleaned or restrung.
Privacy Policy - Information from our customers is not sold or shared to any third parties. We will occasionally send out special promotions or new items about our company.
Gift Certificates - Our Gift Certificates are available in any amount. They are ideal if you are not sure of your recipients "style" or "size". They are perfect for any occasion especially if the "Mom-To-Be" doesn't know what the stork is bringing. Our gift certificates are delivered to the address of your choice with a pretty bow around the envelope. You may also choose to have us beautifully gift wrap it for $3.75 along with a card including your sentiments. As we are not currently set up on-line for these services, you must contact us - but that's okay, we'd really love to talk with you!
